(2) These Terms govern the relationship between BST and the Users of the Website.

Art.3. (1) The content on this Website (all images, texts and other information), is provided by the Company, as a service to our clients and partners, only for information purposes.
(2) The Company shall not be responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the information contained on the Website.
(3) All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to this Website, its design, logo, texts and photos remain the legal rights of the BST.

Art.4. Each User can contact the BST by phone, and/or e-mail.
Art.5. (1) The User agrees not to provide any confidential or sensitive information in any non-formal correspondence with the BST.
Art.6. These Terms may be amended or supplemented by BST. The amended or newly adopted Terms are published on the Website and come into force with immediate effect, unless specified otherwise.
Art.7. The provisions of the acting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be applied for any matters not covered in these Terms.
Art.8. If a clause of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will not be affected in any way.
Art.9. All disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Website shall be resolved by the parties through good-faith negotiations, and in case where an agreement is impossible to be achieved – by the competent Bulgarian courts.
Art.10. These Terms are valid and in effect as of 01.01.2021.
These Terms are drafted in two identical copies, in Bulgarian and English, and if there is a difference between the Bulgarian and English text, the English text will prevail.
